Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. Just like sleeping, daydreaming or meditating. RTT® hypnosis feels relaxing and you are in complete control of the whole session. The session is tailored to you and it is all about you and your inner world. By nature, people will not accept suggestions that they believe can harm them and they easily accept suggestions that benefit them.
Since RTT is a new modality, this question is frequently asked by my new clients.
1. Before RTT® session begins, we will talk about your issue and how do you see your life without the problem.
2. Then we will proceed with relaxation technique, where you will be able to bypass your conscious mind and start observing your emotions and feelings. We will look at your past memories so you can understand what beliefs you formed as a result of those events and you will be surprised to discover new things about your behaviors and why you are the way you are. We will transform those beliefs so that your subconscious mind integrates memories as past memories. That way you will be able to release the triggers and behavior patterns that keep you in a cycle of destructive habits or negative thoughts.
3. At the end of the session you will get a recording, personally made for you with all the positive suggestions and beliefs to make the changes from the session permanent and rewire you brain to new ways of thinking.

RTT® Therapy is a complementary method of alternative therapy and is not covered by insurance. Unless you have a special wellness plan from your employer that covers alternative methods of therapy.
It’s completely up to clients’ choice how they want to proceed with their therapy, based on their financial and economic situation. What they need to take into account is how long they want to struggle with their issue, how many sessions they want, if they are actually ready for a significant rapid shift.
Research show that in many cases people tend to choose longer treatments at lower or no cost out of fear for change or other unconscious beliefs that are holding them back from making faster changes, and only a small percentage will choose longer treatments and multiple sessions out of financial situation. If this is the case for you, and you feel like talking about your issue for dozens of sessions and years of therapy, then RTT® Hypnotherapy might not be the most ultimate solution for you at this point as it requires burning desire and commitment to make permanent and positive changes to your life.
RTT® has incredible results for people as this method helps clients to understand where the roots of their issue are coming from. With this outcome, they are able to change the perspective on their past and to become more conscious in self-regulation, connecting to themselves, breaking out of toxic environment and many other areas of their life.
However, RTT® is not for everyone and not everyone can benefit from this experience. This can happen when: a client does not believe in their inner resources, a client is skeptical about hypnosis and the power of the subconscious mind, a client doesn’t listen to the recording for 21 days and beyond. RTT® also works most effectively when there is a trust between the client and the hypnotherapist.
While you might have a belief or a feeling that you cannot be hypnotized, most people are very suggestible. If you are able to form a belief, you can be hypnotized. Hypnosis is not only about trance and being deeply relaxed. It is also about going inwards and finding the answers to your questions on the emotional level, bypassing logical brain. Remember, only 5% is your conscious mind, everything else is subconscious and unconscious mind.
Typically, I recommend 1-3 sessions depending on the issue. For more complex problems, like eating disorders, weight loss, depression and PTSD 3 sessions are the ultimate choice to work through different underlying causes. For issues like confidence, fears and phobias, if there is a commitment from both sides, usually 1 session is enough with listening to the recording.
While some hypnosis modalities can initiate blocked memories or “make” you forget, you need to understand that your unconscious mind never forgets, never sleeps and stores every memory even if you are unaware of it (that’s why it’s called unconscious). The only great thing you can do is change the meaning you attached to those events or people, rewrite the interpretation.
No one can tell you if the memory is false or real but you.
First, if there is a proof that the event never happened (which is rarely possible), RTT® Practioner is dealing with a feeling that the memory created, to understand what beliefs were formed out of it.
Second, many times our mind talks to us in symbols and metaphors, which can confuse other professionals and psychologists as they may not be trained to deal with them.
RTT® deals with what emerges and helps clients navigate the feelings and emotions around past events.

Nothing is wrong with you. Actually everything is right about you. Your body and your mind are your best friends, you just need to learn how to interpret the symptoms and to help your body and mind heal. There is only one language that your mind and body has – it’s a symptom, whether emotional or physical. Learn the language and you will control your life. This is the question that I usually hear from my clients: what is wrong with me? And I understand why they ask it. You see, when we don’t understand what is happening in our mind, we create inner conflict that leads us to believe there is something wrong with us. While in reality, every issue we have is a result of our programming, past trauma and beliefs that we formed early in life.
This is the most frequently asked question. Yes, hypnosis is a natural state of mind, and it’s one of the best resources to help our body and mind heal. One hypnotherapy session can help you in a way that years of talk therapy is not able to deliver. Not because therapists are ineffective, it’s because the deep rooted beliefs are something that only you can uncover with a help of a guide. Besides, in many cases, multiple talk sessions can lead to becoming addicted to therapy as the outside source of resolving our issues. When deciding between hypnotherapy and therapy, ask yourself these questions: How long do I want to keep struggling with my issue: couple sessions or couple years (if not decades)? What is the price of going to multiple therapy sessions in terms of time and investment?
You will start experiencing changes immediately during the session, when the understanding sinks in and when you reframe the limiting beliefs but the changes will cumulate over time as well. Many changes in your life will happen many months after the session.
