How does RTT® work?

RTT® makes you the owner of your mind and your mind is the only thing that you can control in this life.

RTT® can deliver extraordinary change from physical, emotional, and psychological pain by reframing our core beliefs, values, habits, and emotions deep in the subconscious.

RTT® can help you understand the root cause of pain. RTT® doesn’t against traditional ways of treatment and goes alongside science as an additional tool to help client heal on both levels, body and mind.

RTT® is a life changing experience as it helps clients reconnect with themselves to make changes on a deeper level, the level that they are not able to access during everyday life.

What happens in RTT session?

STEP 1 - Free 15 minute consultation

In 15 minute consultation we will talk about your issue and how do you see your life without the problem.

STEP 2 - 2-hour RTT® session

We will proceed with relaxation technique, where you will be able to bypass your conscious mind and start observing your emotions and feelings. We will look at your past memories so you can understand what beliefs you formed as a result of those events and you will be surprised to discover new things about your behaviors and why you are the way you are. We will transform those beliefs so that your subconscious mind integrates memories as past memories. That way you will be able to release the triggers and behavior patterns that keep you in a cycle of destructive habits or negative thoughts.

STEP 3 - Personalized recording

At the end of the session you will get a recording, personally made for you with all the positive suggestions and beliefs to make the changes from the session permanent and rewire you brain to new ways of thinking.

STEP 4 - Tracking your progress

I will keep in touch with you after the session, on the 7th, 14th and 21st day to see what changes you are experiencing and to guide you if you have any questions or concerns. At the 21 day we book our follow up call to go over your transformation.
